We exclusively consider vehicles that meet the following criteria: a model year no older than 10 years, equipped with roller doors for accessibility, and designed to seat a minimum of 6 passengers, excluding the driver. Importantly, these vehicles must also be wheelchair accessible, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity.

Moreover, prospective drivers must exhibit a willingness to attend mandatory training sessions, including manual handling training and other health and safety courses. These training initiatives ensure the well-being of both drivers and passengers, maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
